Free Meditation Session
Weekly group meditation practice
Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn how to meditate, or a spiritual seeker wanting to experience the different types of meditation, or a practitioner who wants to harness the energy and support from meditating within a group, these weekly meditation classes allow us to ‘check in’ with our practice and with ourselves. Each week, we will explore a different theme and meditation techniques, including mindfulness practice, body awareness, loving-kindness meditation, insight meditation, and more.
This is a drop in class so no need to RSVP, though we encourage you to check our website or Facebook page regularly for any changes or announcements.
